Male Producer Accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of Sexually Assaulting him

Sean Combs is facing a lawsuit from a music producer alleging sexual assault and being coerced into having sex with sex workers.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones claims he experienced unwanted physical contact while working for the rapper on his most recent album.

This marks the fifth lawsuit involving sexual assault allegations against Mr. Combs.

Addressing the legal action brought in a New York court, a lawyer representing the artist dismissed it as “pure fiction.”

According to Shawn Holley, Mr. Combs’ attorney, there is substantial evidence proving that his allegations are false.

We will respond to these extreme accusations in court and pursue necessary measures against those responsible.

As per court documents, the music producer resided and journeyed with Mr. Combs from September 2022 to November 2023.

According to his lawyers, he claims to have woken up naked, dizzy, and confused due to being drugged. He was in bed with two companions and Mr. Combs.

Jones claims in his lawsuit that the rapper was preparing him to introduce to his acquaintances and involved in significant unlawful behaviour.

Several photos from gatherings at Combs’ residence were featured in the lawsuit. According to court documents, the photos reportedly feature underage girls and sex workers who were allegedly provided with drugs.

Additional individuals listed in the lawsuit are Mr Combs’ son, Justin, his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, Universal Music Group chief executive Sir Lucian Grainge, and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam.

The lawsuit claims that Grainge, Habtemariam, Motown Records, Love Records, and Universal Music Group did not properly monitor, warn, or supervise the actions of Mr. Combs, his son, and his chief of staff.

A spokesperson for Justin Combs informed TMZ that the allegations are false and characterised the situation as an attempt by someone to seek financial gain through deceitful means.

Jones is requesting $30 million.

Cassie, Mr. Combs’s ex-girlfriend, sued him for abuse in November of last year. Out of court, they resolved their dispute.

This marks the fifth legal case filed against Mr. Combs.

The 54-year-old’s former partner, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, filed a lawsuit against him in November, claiming that the music industry executive assaulted her in 2018 and subjected her to prolonged sexual and physical mistreatment.

Two days later, the musicians reached a settlement in the lawsuit. “I have chosen to settle this issue in a friendly manner on conditions where I have a certain degree of influence,” Ventura stated.

He is facing legal action from four additional individuals.

One individual claimed that she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Mr. Combs, who then proceeded to show a video of the assault to others. Another woman stated that Mr. Combs and another man took turns raping her and her friend in the early 1990s.

Combs has refuted all the accusations against him and stated in December: “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will stand up for my name, my family, and for what is right.
