After Federal Officials Raided Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Houses, he Declared his Innocence

Sean “Diddy” Combs has strongly refuted the allegations made against him, expressing his stance for the first time after Homeland Security conducted raids on his residences in Los Angeles and Miami on Monday.

“Yesterday, there was an excessive display of military-level force during the execution of search warrants at Mr. Combs’ residences,” stated Aaron Dyer, his attorney, in a statement given to Fox News Digital on Tuesday.

“The authorities’ excessive show of force and hostility, as well as the treatment of his children and employees, is completely unjustifiable.” Mr. Combs was never detained, but he willingly spoke to and cooperated with authorities.

“Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way.”

He stated, “The unexpected attack, combined with a well-organized media presence, has resulted in a hasty condemnation of Mr. Combs. It appears to be a baseless witch hunt fueled by unfounded allegations made in civil lawsuits.

“No criminal or civil liability has been found in relation to any of these allegations.” Mr. Combs maintains his innocence and remains steadfast in his determination to prove it.

A U.S. official has confirmed to Fox News that the recent raids on Diddy’s homes are linked to an ongoing federal investigation into human trafficking. The focus of the federal agents’ investigation remains uncertain regarding the rapper.

“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York carried out law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with support from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners,” stated Homeland Security Investigations to Fox News Digital.

“We will keep you updated with any new developments.”

An individual who filed a lawsuit against ‘Diddy’ for sexual assault in February has now included actor Cuba Gooding Jr. in their complaint, as reported recently.

Rodney Jones, also known as Lil Rod, has recently made serious allegations against Gooding, claiming that he was a victim of sexual harassment and assault. These claims were made in the latest version of the lawsuit obtained by Fox News Digital. According to the producer of “Surgical,” Gooding allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior during a party on a yacht rented by Combs in the U.S. Virgin Islands in January 2023.

In the initial lawsuit filed against Combs in February and obtained by Fox News Digital, Jones alleged that the rapper had sexually assaulted him and coerced him into engaging in sexual acts with prostitutes.

Jones collaborated with Combs on his most recent album, “The Love Album: Off the Grid.” The music producer alleged that he resided with the singer of “I’ll Be Missing You” for extended periods, making accusations against Combs regarding unwanted groping and sexual touching.

Combs’ legal team strongly refuted Jones’ accusations, stating that they are completely false.

“Lil Rod’s credibility is questionable, as he has resorted to filing a $30 million lawsuit in an attempt to gain an unwarranted financial gain. According to Combs’ attorney Shawn Holley, his mention of events that are completely fictional and never occurred is simply a desperate ploy to attract attention.
