The creators of the franchise are adding fuel to the fire by releasing a trailer for one of the previous films in the series every day in the lead-up to the trailer for the latest chapter. The trailer for the newest film to hit the web is for Fast and Furious, which came out in 2009. It stars Dom and Brian, who team up to take down a drug lord. The teaser trailer teleports us to Mexico to reunite with Dom and the rest of the group. Starring Michelle Rodriguez, Paul Walker, Gal Gadot, and others, the trailer's high-octane action successfully evokes a sense of nostalgia. It highlights the emotional stakes and witty banter between Dom and Brian, which was the feature's high point following the events of the preceding films.
Fast and Furious is a film directed by Justin Lin and written by Chris Morgan about a man named Dom who comes out of hiding after his fiancée Letty is murdered in a car collision that he believes was intentional. He travels to Los Angeles in search of the perpetrator and runs across Brian, the FBI agent whose covert operation resulted to the group's exile. Nonetheless, in order to look into the murder, the two men set their disagreements aside for the time being. Rodriguez played Letty, Jordana Brewster played Mia, John Ortiz played Arturo Braga, and Gal Gadot played Gisele Yashar in the film.
The new film will be the eleventh in the Fast franchise, which has proven very successful with audiences.
